Orders & Payments
1.1 How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. You may also be able to use payment services like PayPal or Apple Pay (depending on your location and settings at checkout).
1.3 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as soon as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed. If you need help, please contact us at contact@amarastyles.uk as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping
2.1 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.
2.2 How long does shipping take?
United Kingdom: 1-2 working days on orders processed before 12pm GMT
Europe: Typically take 3 – 5 working days on orders processed before 12pm GMT, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
USA & Canada: 5-7 working days on orders processed before 12pm GMT
2.3 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the UK is free.
Orders outside the UK will incur additional shipping charges, which are calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
2.4 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t see it, feel free to contact us
Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to issue a brand voucher (store credit) for future use.
3.2 How do I return an item?
For return requests, contact us via email at contact@amarastyles.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. All returns will undergo a thorough inspection before a brand voucher is issued. Please note: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3.3 Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Exchanges depend on availability. If you’d like to request one, please contact us via email at contact@amarastyles.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. If the item is in stock, we’ll help you exchange it, otherwise, we’ll issue a brand voucher.
3.4 What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
We’re really sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible
Sizing & Pre - Orders
4.1 How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit information.
4.2 What if my size isn’t available?
We understand how important sizing is! Some sizes may be temporarily out of stock as we’re launching in small, carefully managed batches. But the good news: you can still pre-order any item that’s sold out in your size. We’ll have it made just for you and shipped out, please allow up to 14 working days for your pre-order to be delivered to you.
4.3 How do I know what’s in stock and what’s on pre-order?
We keep it super transparent:
If an item is in stock, it will be marked “Ready to Ship.”
If an item or size is not in stock, it will be clearly marked as “Pre-order,” along with the estimated dispatch time (up to 14 working days).
You’ll always know what you’re ordering and what to expect!
Care Instructions
5.1 How should I wash and care for my items?
To keep your pieces looking and feeling their best: Hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water or on a cold, delicate cycle Wash with mild soap and do not soak for a long time Wash like colours together Do not tumble dry Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals Iron on reverse side of garment
Each order includes a care guide with specific washing instructions for your item, so you’ll know exactly how to look after it.
We put a lot of love into making your pieces, proper care helps them last even longer.
